What you share

The form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, project description and an optional attachment. Please avoid including passwords, financial details or other sensitive information.

How the details are used

SA Web Studio, based in Delhi, India, uses these details to review your request, respond to you and discuss potential project work. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Delivery and local testing

When external delivery is configured, enquiries are passed to the studio’s configured email service. Attachments are included with the enquiry email. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and are not published or stored as separate permanent files by this application. During local testing, the message and attachment content are recorded in a local mail log and are not emailed externally. Local logs are kept for up to 14 days.

Essential technical information

The site uses a session cookie for form security and error handling. A hashed IP-based identifier limits repeated submissions. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, as described below. There are no advertising trackers.

Optional analytics

Where analytics is enabled, the site asks before loading Google Analytics 4. If you accept, Google sets cookies (such as _ga) and receives usage data like the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type, which Google processes according to its own privacy policy. Nothing from Google is loaded if you decline or ignore the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Use the enquiry form to ask about information you have shared, including correction or deletion. The studio will need enough information to identify the original enquiry.
