A FEW THINGS, ANSWERED
Before we
get started.
From the first brief to the next steps. Here’s what you might like to know.
Add it to your enquiry above and we will come back to you.
01What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us what your business needs, who will use the website or application, and what you would like to improve. A current website link, rough timeline and budget range are useful if you have them. You do not need a finished brief to start a conversation.
02Can I attach a brief or a screenshot?
Yes. You can attach one PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, WebP or plain text file up to 5 MB. Please leave out passwords and confidential customer information. For several files, start with the main brief and we can agree how to share the rest.
03Does sending an enquiry commit me to a project?
No. The first step is to understand your requirements and discuss a suitable scope. Any work, price and timeline would be agreed before development starts.
04Do you work with businesses worldwide?
Yes. SA Web Studio welcomes projects from businesses around the world. We collaborate remotely in English, with meeting times and review checkpoints agreed around your time zone and working day.
05Can you improve an existing website or application?
Yes. Share the platform, the current issue and what you want to change. An initial review helps establish whether a focused improvement, an upgrade or a larger change makes sense.
06How are cost and timelines agreed?
Both depend on the scope, complexity, content and integrations. After reviewing your brief, we can discuss priorities and propose a manageable scope. There is no one-size-fits-all price or delivery promise.
07Do you collaborate with agencies?
Yes. Development support can fit into an agency’s existing workflow, with agreed responsibilities, shared development practices and clear review points.
